Although acupuncture is most commonly sought by women, it can also be used to successfully treat many causes of male factor infertility, including low sperm count, reduced sperm motility, and low levels of normal morphology. As with female infertility, acupuncture is most effective if treatment is started early and continued for at least 3 months.
